The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in international ticketing within the travel industry, along with a proven track record as a Ticket Executive specializing exclusively in international ticketing and customer service. :-
Handle international flight bookings, reservations, and ticketing using GDS (Galileo) efficiently and accurately.
Provide expert advice to clients on travel itineraries, fare options, and travel-related queries.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements for clients.
Stay updated with industry trends, airline policies,



and fare structures to offer competitive and cost-effective solutions to clients.
Process cancellations, refunds, and changes to bookings promptly and efficiently.
Assist clients with visa applications, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information using our internal systems.
Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
IATA Certification Preferable

Skills required:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and the ability to explain complex travel information clearly.
