Highlighting the outages and sharing the data post careful assessment and validation with internal audit teams/underwriting team
Working in coordination with the underwriting production managers to improve underwriting quality




Preparing and conducting monthly training/meetings updating activities under Governance framework
Assessment and evaluation in end to end closure of cases highlighted under the Governance framework (Audit, Quality check etc.)
