To Prepare Mass & Energy Balance, PFD, P&ID;, Plant Layout and Elevation, Utility distribution Diagram, Equipment sizing, Line sizing, Safety Valve Sizing, Pump Calculations, Instruments and Equipments Data sheets, HAZOP Study, and Process deliverables.
Bought outs Technical Review, G.A.

Drawing

Review and Approval. Discussions with suppliers.
To Prepare Operation & Maintenance philosophy, Control philosophy for programming, Review of static screens & FAT of SCADA / HMI.
Review of plant 3D model, 2D drawings, piping and equipment layouts, Isometrics, Installation, operational and maintenance feasibility of equipments and instruments.





Process plant Startup including pre- commissioning checks, water trials, commissioning, trouble shooting and handover of process plants at Site for Fermentation, Distillation, Multiple Effect Evaporation, and Dehydration plants.
Training activities in India and abroad for PLC/ DCS based Ethanol plants.
Hands on ChemCAD and HTRI Software. Salary:INR 5, 00, 000 - 15, 00, 000 P.A
