Single point responsibility for P&M; related activities to support construction work.
Ensure timely allocation & mobilisation of requested P&M; from P&M; cell.
Ensure 100% availability of allocated P&M; to MPC.
Ensure timely repair of P&M; in case of any breakdown.
Ensure mandatory HSEF compliance by P&M; workmen.
Optimize use of available P&M; by co-ordinating with site construction engineers & other users.




Advise construction manager for demobilization of unwanted P&M; on regular basis.
