Role Description This is a full-time, on-site neurophysiotherapist role based in Mumbai. The neurophysiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with neurological conditions such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease, and other neuro-musculoskeletal disorders. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed functional and mobility assessments, designing evidence-based treatment plans, and delivering individualized therapy sessions focused on motor relearning, balance, gait, and functional independence.

The role involves close collaboration with other physiotherapists and healthcare specialists,



maintaining accurate clinical documentation, educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, and participating in case discussions and ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications
Recognized degree in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s), with specialization or significant experience in neurorehabilitation.
Proven clinical experience working with patients who have neurological conditions, including assessment, treatment planning, and outcome tracking.
Strong knowledge of neuroplasticity, motor control, functional training, and evidence-based neurophysiotherapy techniques.will be preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent patient communication and counseling skills, with the ability to explain complex clinical information in explicit, supportive language.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to holistic, patient-centered care plans.
Commitment to continuous learning, openness to current treatment approaches, and participation in professional courses or workshops.
