Role Description The Planning Engineer will be responsible for preparing and updating project schedules, tracking progress, and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project data, monitoring resource utilization, supporting production planning activities, and assisting with project control documentation and reporting. The role involves close collaboration with site engineers, project managers,



and stakeholders to identify risks, propose corrective actions, and optimize project timelines.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, with a mix of in office presence and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications
Solid Planning and Production Planning skills to develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules and resource plans.
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret project data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
Experience in Project Control, including progress tracking, reporting, and variance analysis.
Effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and presenting project status clearly.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
Proficiency in planning and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Excel.
Attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines, and a structured approach to documentation.
Experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects is an advantage.
