Create Schedule (Contractor) per the request of Service Manager. Send to PCM for review. Get approval of schedule from SM with concurrence of FE. Create Daily Update Sheet (Excel format ) and update the same on daily basis and send PCM on daily basis. Escalate to FE and PCM.

Create and maintain CDS until project is completed. Send CDS to PCM on weekly basis.

Generate Contractor PDF of Daily Project Progress and escalate to SM, FE and PCM. Inform SM and FE on project status, i.e. delayed and know the reason.

Keep track of additional work scope i.e.



Extra Work or Emergent Work as they happen and include in the Daily Update Sheet.

Collect all site timesheets. The timesheets must include those of PM, FE, Specialists, GSI Supervisors, GSI Technicians, Local Labor and other support persons. Create excel format of man- hours and send to PCM.

Collect all project expenses from the FE. Put these expenses in excel format and send to PCM.

Collect Best Practices and Lesson Learned. Send these to PCM.
