Evaluate employee s competencies as per job role and identify areas of training. Based on research, plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for their store role and the next step of their career paths.

Brainstorm, strategize and prepare Training calendar for Store teams.

Ensure continuous improvement, maintenance, and adjustment in program delivery approaches accordingly to maintain pace with business growth.

Supervise Content development and tech orientation including digital platforms for delivery.

Ensure the Communication of all the training programs on a time.

Plan, Review & Implement training KPIs.
