CNP manager sets the product portfolio launch trajectory, and has full accountability for the development of recent products. This includes products (from project creation to product availability) involving timely conclusions of all launch elements (regular product, point of sale/VM, training, promotion), user trials, and budget responsibilities. The objective of this role is to respect the commitment date, the target cost, and with the required quality. Define and streamline the NPD project management process in the organization. Align all stakeholders about the same.

Assistance in the organization of CNP meetings:



Necessary meetings for the coordination of the development of new products.

Document meeting minutes and ensure critical topics

Action, plan, follow-up & participation in the development of recent projects

Develop the planning of all elements involving recent projects

Monitor progress of all activities to ensure target cost/schedule/quality are met

Identify risks and work with the various departments involved to avoid deviations

Reports needed to inform about the progress of the project KPI analysis and learning
