– Retail Sales Associate
Welcome guests and provide personalised customer service to understand their preferences and requirements.
Recommend suitable products by explaining their features, quality, pricing, and advantages.
Achieve assigned sales targets through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
Maintain valuable product knowledge to assist guests and enhance their shopping experience.
Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed, properly priced, and adequately stocked.
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards of the retail outlet.
Handle billing, cash, card payments, and POS transactions accurately.
Maintain proper sales records and assist with daily sales reconciliation.
Monitor stock availability, assist with inventory management and stocktaking, and report discrepancies or damaged products.
Handle guest enquiries,



feedback, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the reporting manager and relevant departments to ensure smooth retail operations.
Maintain qualified grooming, personal hygiene, discipline, and compliance with company policies and service standards.
Participate in product knowledge sessions, sales training, and departmental briefings.
Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the reporting manager as per operational requirements.
