Job Summary The Product Development Margarine will be responsible for developing, improving, and optimizing margarine products from concept to commercialization. The role requires hands-on experience in formulation, trials, quality improvement, and coordination with production, quality, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
Develop current margarine formulations as per market, customer, and regulatory requirements
Improve existing margarine products for taste, texture, shelf life, and cost optimization




Conduct lab-scale and plant-scale trials and ensure smooth scale-up
Select and evaluate raw materials such as oils, emulsifiers, and additives
Work closely with production to ensure consistency and process optimization
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory guidelines
Coordinate with QA/QC for product validation and stability studies
Support commercialization and product launch activities
Maintain detailed product documentation, formulations, and SOPs
Monitor market trends and competitor products for innovation prospects
