We are looking for a Purchase / Procurement Executive to manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle procurement from requirement gathering to final delivery.
Source IT products from vendors, OEMs, authorised distributors and suppliers.
Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate prices, discounts and payment terms.
Prepare and process purchase orders (POs).
Follow up with vendors for order confirmation, dispatch and timely delivery.
Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Technical and Accounts teams for project requirements.
Verify delivered materials, invoices and purchase documents.
Coordinate vendor payment follow-ups with the Accounts team.
Maintain vendor records, quotations, purchase orders and procurement reports.

Requirements:
Graduate in any relevant discipline.
Experience in purchase/procurement,



preferably in the IT industry or an IT System Integrator company.
Knowledge of IT hardware, networking products, servers, cybersecurity and related solutions is preferred.
Positive negotiation, vendor management and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase documentation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
