: Plant Manager

Experience: Relevant experience in plant operations and labour management preferred

Age Preference: 40+ years

Salary: 35,000–40,000 per month

Working Hours: 10 hours per day

Job Responsibilities:
Manage overall plant operations, including production and daily activities.
Supervise and manage labour, workers, and their daily work allocation.
Handle dispatch operations, including loading and unloading of materials.
Monitor production activities and ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate material movement, inventory, and dispatch schedules.
Manage labour attendance, discipline, and work productivity.
Maintain daily operational records and reports using a computer.
Coordinate with management to ensure timely completion of work.




Handle multiple plant-related responsibilities as required.

Candidate Requirements:
Experienced and responsible candidate capable of handling overall plant operations.
Solid labour handling and team management skills.
Practical knowledge of dispatch, loading, unloading, and material handling.
Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
Ability to manage day-to-day plant activities independently.
Candidates with wire and cable manufacturing or related industrial experience will be preferred.
Must be comfortable working at the specified location and for 10 hours daily.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
