About the Role:

We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who can manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns across industries like Real Estate and EdTech.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.




Manage Lead Generation and Conversion campaigns.
Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, and lead quality.
Conduct audience research and create relevant targeting strategies.
Identify reasons behind performance drops and take corrective actions.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient ad spend.
Analyze lead quality and coordinate with team to improve campaign performance.
Set up Custom Audiences, Lookalikes, and tracking.
Prepare campaign performance reports.
Female candidates are preferred.

Requirements:
1 year of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
Strong understanding of Facebook Ads and campaign optimization.
Good understanding of campaign metrics and performance analysis.
Ability to identify and solve campaign performance issues.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency setting and handling multiple client accounts.
