Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements. Contact candidates and explain job opportunities. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Support the HR team in meeting recruitment targets. Requirements0–1 year of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Basic knowledge of job portals and recruitment processes is an advantage. Good verbal and written communication skills. Robust interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
