The Procurement Manager Motors & Machinery Spare Parts is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring electrical motors, mechanical machinery components, and spare parts required for operations and maintenance. The role ensures cost-effective purchasing, timely delivery, and compliance with quality standards, supporting maintenance and production continuity.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing:
Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers of motors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, electrical and mechanical spare parts.
Develop and maintain a supplier database with technical and commercial benchmarking.
Procurement Operations:
Issue RFQs, analyze quotations, and conduct commercial and technical evaluations.




Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions with suppliers.
Ensure purchase orders are processed in line with company policy and project requirements.
Inventory Coordination:
Collaborate with warehouse and maintenance teams to maintain optimum stock levels.
Monitor reorder levels and lead times to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Technical Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to understand technical requirements.
Ensure all procured parts meet OEM specifications and quality standards.
Vendor Management:
Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations.
Develop strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term supply continuity.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and performance metrics for management.
