Conducting market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competition in the ophthalmology, cardiology, and dermatology segments. Developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps for the assigned segments.

Participating in the development of marketing plans to support recent and existing products, including positioning, messaging, and value proposition development.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D;, regulatory, clinical, medical affairs, and sales, to develop and launch new products.

Managing product life cycle, including product development, launch, and end-of-life.

Developing and managing product pricing strategies to maximize profit margins.

Monitoring and analyzing product performance, sales trends, and market share to identify opportunities to optimize product portfolio.





Providing training and support to sales teams and other stakeholders on product features, perks, and competitive positioning.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and other stakeholders in the ophthalmology, cardiology, and dermatology segments.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, marketing or related field.

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of success in the ophthalmology, cardiology, and dermatology segments.

Strong knowledge of the ophthalmology, cardiology, and dermatology segments, including disease areas, key opinion leaders, specialists, and competitive landscape.

Experience in developing and executing product strategies, including launch plans and marketing campaigns.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
