Ensure all KPIs are met at regional and zonal levels across channels.
Implement and maintain SOPs as per client and company requirements.
Review and cross-verify MIS reports ; identify gaps and take corrective measures.
Drive process improvements and introduce current initiatives for operational excellence.
Conduct regular review meetings with the team and client as per defined cadence.
Monitor, evaluate, and guide the regional operations team.
Share operational updates and feedback with senior management.
Execute training programs to strengthen merchandising delivery models.
Ensure merchandisers and supervisors are trained and perform as per set standards.
Oversee On-the-Job Training (OJT) for promoters and merchandisers.
Collaborate with company teams, stores, and clients to meet project goals.




Coordinate with local Client Managers to resolve operational and availability issues.
Escalate store-level issues to respective stakeholders and ensure resolution.
Communicate stock level updates to client managers promptly.
