We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee the sales and operations of multiple branches within our organization. The Regional Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring productive operations in their assigned region.

Responsibilities

Sales Management (70%) Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.

Provide guidance and support to branch managers and sales teams to drive sales performance.

Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve sales team effectiveness.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Operations Management (30%)





Ensure operational efficiency and compliance across all branches within the region.

Monitor and evaluate operational processes to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with branch managers to implement operational best practices and streamline processes.

Oversee inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations within the region.

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:
