Sales Executive for B2B

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential B2B clients in the agri-input market.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Present and demonstrate Gramik s product offerings to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships through exceptional service and support.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.




Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and market demands.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Sales Executive for B2C

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and engage with farmers to promote Gramik s agri-input products and solutions.

-Conduct in office visits to provide personalized guidance and support to farmers.

-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet individual and team sales targets.

-Educate farmers about the benefits of our products and how they can optimize their agricultural practices.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers to foster trust and loyalty.

-Negotiate sales deals and close transactions effectively.

-Collect and analyze feedback from farmers to inform product development and marketing strategies.

-Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotions and campaigns.
