Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) batching plant.
Ensure accurate batching of cement, sand, aggregates, water and admixtures as per approved mix designs.
Monitor concrete production and ensure timely supply as per site requirements.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Quality Control and maintenance teams.
Maintain daily production records, material consumption reports, and batching logs.
Conduct routine equipment checks and report technical faults or breakdowns.
Monitor raw material availability and report shortages to the concerned authority.
Ensure proper cleaning, maintenance and housekeeping of the plant.
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards during plant operations.

Candidate Requirements:
Experience:



2–5 years in RMC or concrete batching plant operations.
Practical knowledge of automated batching systems and control panels is preferred.
Understanding of concrete mix designs, batching processes, and plant maintenance.
Basic computer knowledge for operating plant software and maintaining records.
Ability to coordinate with site teams and work according to production schedules.

Employment Type: Full time

Salary: 40k-50k (Negotiable)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
