Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Develop comprehensive test plans, including scope, objectives and resources. Define testing strategies, methodologies, and standards for both manual and automated testing.

Foster a collaborative and innovative testing culture within the team.

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated testing frameworks and scripts.

Identify and select appropriate automation tools and technologies.

Ensure effective and effective automated test coverage for regression and functional testing.

Coordinate with development teams to prioritize and address issues.

Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and best practices.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate cutting-edge testing techniques.

Maintain explicit and detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Create and update test summary reports and defect tracking documents.





Qualifications:

Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira).

Proven expertise in test automation using industry-standard tools and frameworks (e.g., API automation, Postman, Appium).

Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python.

Performance testing using JMeter.

Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and tools.

Proficiency in Version Control Sysem. (e.g. Git, Bitbucket.)

Basic knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure.

Relevant certifications, such as ISTQB, are a plus.
