To undertake execution of the plant and production facilities and plan for raw material requirements.
To manage cost effective manpower and its deployment.
To ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and materials.
To ensure that product planning is translated into timely production and delivery thereof.
To undertake and delegate maintenance and operation of plant and utility equipment.
To provide for proper trainings to all concerned personnel within the factory.
To maintain cGMP in the department and its related documentation.
To maintain proper housekeeping in and around the vicinity of the factory premises.
To ensure that discipline is maintained to high levels.
To carried out trouble shooting R&D; experiments of existing all MPS products.
To handling Pilot Plant batches and its BMR, BPR etc.
To handle micronization process with related documents.
To handling and monitoring solvent recovery plant operation such as distillation of solvent, cleaning of equipments, solvent movement handling and maintain records as per BMR, Equipment usage logbooks, Reconciliation logbook etc.
