Key Responsibilities Manage and motivate the regional sales team. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and retailer networks. Identify current markets and business prospects.
Monitor sales performance and team productivity. Conduct regular market visits and review competitor activities. Maintain solid relationships with key dealers and customers. Monitor collections, stock, and market coverage.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates. Coordinate with senior management and internal teams.
