Note- Minimum 14 years of progressive experience in ASME pressure vessel and heat exchanger manufacturing.

Responsibilities
Lead complete fabrication operations for ASME Section VIII Div.1 pressure vessels and shell & tube heat exchangers.
Oversee shell rolling, tube sheet machining & drilling, tube expansion, tube-to-tubesheet welding, baffle installation, channel/bonnet assembly, and hydrotesting.
Ensure full compliance with ASME Sections II, V, VIII, and IX, client specifications,



and international standards.
Establish and execute production strategies aligned with project milestones and delivery commitments.
Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize man-hour utilization.
Ensure strict adherence to approved WPS/PQR and maintain high welding quality & productivity standards with minimal repairs.
Maintain dimensional control, tolerance compliance, and fabrication accuracy.
Lead cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, and QA/QC departments.
Develop a high-discipline shop floor culture focused on performance, accountability, and safety.
Implement cost control measures and monitor production budgets.
