We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) from a pure FMCG background to lead and scale our Organic Grocery business across assigned zones.

Key Responsibilities
Drive primary & secondary sales across the zone
Appoint, manage & motivate ASM/SO teams
Distributor appointment, expansion & performance management
Ensure product availability, visibility & market penetration
Execute trade marketing & promotional strategies
Achieve revenue, collection & profitability targets
Develop solid relationships with distributors & key accounts
Track competition and provide market intelligence
Ensure compliance with company policies & SOPs

Eligibility Criteria:




Minimum 8–12 years of experience in FMCG sales (Mandatory)
At least 2–4 years as ASM / Senior ASM
Strong experience in Food / Grocery / Staples / Organic Products preferred
Proven track record of handling large geographies & teams
Excellent leadership, negotiation & analytical skills
