Candidate having minimum qualification of B.E civil with 10 to 15 years of experience in residential buildings.
Planning Sequence of all activities till project completion.
Prepare and implement work strategies, processes, time schedule, prepare work packages, material procurement process Sub contracting, identify suitable contractors, work assignments with set deliverables, timeline and cost budget.
Generate Weekly, Monthly Progress updates and presentations for progress review.
Monitoring day to day operations of work at site, problem solving, implement improvement measures.
Manpower planning, productivity analysis, resource management.
Coordination with other departments and consultants to get work completed.
Overall responsible for execution of the project and Pro actively completion of the works.
