Recruitment of POSP and Business Partners to sell Life / Health Insurance
Provide Training and sales call support to POSP/Business Partners.
To build solid relationships with all the Insurance partners and business partners to run the function smoothly.
To ensure regular meetings with POSP /Business partners to generate leads on a regular basis.
Need to do lead generation activities on a weekly basis for recruitment and sales.
Responsible for recruitment of POSP and their activation on a monthly basis with LIFE,
Health/motor insurance.
Need to maintain Quality recruitment and Quality Business sourcing always as per company and IRDA guidelines.
Responsible for Renewal collection from next year onwards.
