Maintain accurate and detailed records of all pre-authorization requests and outcomes.
Monitor and track pre-authorization requests to ensure that they are processed in a timely and productive manner.
Provide support to healthcare providers and patients regarding pre-authorization requirements and processes.
Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance the pre-authorization process and ensure that it is aligned with industry standards.
Stay up-to-date with changes in pre-authorization requirements and industry trends.
