Roles and Responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily CNC production activities.
Supervise CNC operators, setters, and programmers.
Ensure timely completion of production orders.
Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and downtime.
Verify machine setups, tooling, and process parameters.
Ensure product quality as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown support.
Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
Implement 5S, safety, and continuous improvement activities.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Stores departments.
Requirements
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
5–10+ years of CNC machining experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
Knowledge of CNC Turning, VMC/HMC operations, tooling, and engineering drawings.
Solid leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
