We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a greenfield paper mill project (240 TPD) from concept to commissioning. The role involves complete project ownership including engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and successful plant commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of the paper mill project ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery .
Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management .
Oversee engineering, equipment procurement, and contractor management .




Supervise civil, mechanical, electrical, and utility installations including co-generation plant .
Ensure quality, safety (HSE), and regulatory compliance .
Drive commissioning, trial runs, and performance testing . Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Pulp & Paper Engineering .
12 20 years of experience in paper mill projects , including at least one greenfield/brownfield project .
Solid knowledge of paper manufacturing, utilities, and co-generation systems .
Experience in project management tools (MS Project/Primavera) .
Prior experience in Africa or emerging markets preferred .
