Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field .
Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings and other technical documentation as required for project design and installation . Monitor project progress,track milestones,and ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints . .
Manage and oversee the execution of HVAC projects, specifically focusing on VRF and Chillers solutions
Coordinate with customers, sales team, and engineering teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations
Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, evaluate site conditions, and gather necessary information for project planning and execution
Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth project implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure timely project completion and delivery

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Proven track record in HVAC project execution, specifically in VRF and Chillers systems
Solid technical knowledge and expertise in HVAC systems, VRF, and Chillers solutions
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software for drawing and design purposes
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Solid leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
Problem-solving mindset and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and standards related to HVAC projects in the Hyderabad/South India region is preferred
