Job Title: Project Manager Fit Out Location - Indore experience - 5 10 years of proven experience in managing commercial, retail, corporate office, or hospitality fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, plan, and manage interior fit-out projects from inception to handover.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on design, scope, and specifications.

Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and procurement plans.

Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.

Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project execution.

Identify project risks, implement mitigation measures, and resolve issues proactively.





Manage vendor negotiations, material approvals, and subcontractor performance.

Maintain accurate project documentation including reports, approvals, drawings, and change orders.

Ensure timely project handover with necessary documentation and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

Robust knowledge of fit-out materials, construction methods, MEP integration, and finishing details.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Robust communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.).

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
