Required: Project Manager

Experience: 5–8 Years

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage end-to-end execution of commercial office interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, cost control, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute commercial interior fit-out projects as per approved drawings, budgets, and timelines.
Supervise site execution of civil, carpentry, and finishing works (excluding MEP).
Coordinate with clients, consultants, design, procurement teams, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor project progress, manpower, material availability, quality, and safety standards.
Manage BOQs, project costs, vendor coordination, billing, and variations.




Prepare project progress reports and ensure timely snagging and handover.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
5–8 years of experience in commercial office interiors or interior fit-out projects.
Solid knowledge of site execution, finishing works, BOQs, budgeting, and project coordination.
Excellent team management, client handling, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred: Experience in corporate office interiors and turnkey design-and-build projects.
