Role Description This is a full time, in office Quality Assurance Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Quality Assurance

Engineer will design, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases to ensure that products meet functional and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include performing manual testing, documenting defects, collaborating with developers and product teams to clarify requirements, and verifying fixes. The role also involves working closely with stakeholders to improve testing processes, contributing to test documentation,



and supporting continuous improvement of software quality across releases.

Qualifications
Solid foundation in Quality Assurance and Software Testing practices, with the ability to apply testing methodologies effectively.
Hands-on experience in Manual Testing and executing structured Test Cases to validate functionality and user flows.
Proficiency in Test Execution, including tracking test results, reporting defects, and retesting resolved issues.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to identify edge cases and potential risks.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with test management or bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar) is beneficial.
Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
