We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable, and highly-skilled Sales Manager to join our energetic team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for driving the sales of our secured business products through various channels. You will be handling critical tasks, such as managing DSA, channel partners, login and disbursement, Unsecured (Personal loans & Business loans), Retail Finance, and contributing to the overall sales strategy.

Responsibilities:
Develop strategies to drive sales growth across the business.
Manage DSA and channel partners to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee the login and disbursement process to ensure timely and accurate service.




Develop and maintain a robust knowledge of PL & BL and Retail Finance products to effectively promote to potential consumers.
Build robust relationships with partners and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
Coordinate with other team members to improve sales performance and customer service.
Monitor sales metrics and report on performance to senior management.
Identify opportunities for growth within the market and implement new sales initiatives.
Train and guide sales staff to improve their selling skills and product knowledge.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
