Position: Sales Executive / Showroom Salesperson

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers warmly and understand their needs, occasion (wedding, festival, gift, daily wear) and budget.
Show and explain gold, diamond and silver jewellery, including designs, purity (karat/hallmark), weight, making charges and price.
Explain diamond basics (cut, colour, clarity, carat) and certification where applicable.
Prepare accurate bills and estimates, and explain exchange, buy-back and return policies clearly.
Achieve monthly and festive-season sales targets.
Handle jewellery carefully, and keep the counters, displays and showcases neat and well arranged.




Maintain security at the counter: count and record items before and after showing them, and never leave customers unattended with valuables.
Follow up with regular and past customers about recent collections, offers, and occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries.
Handle customer questions and complaints politely, and escalate to the manager when needed.
Help with stock checking, tagging and daily stock records.
Keep up with daily gold and silver rates and current offers.
