Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals. Identify and nurture business opportunities with current and existing clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Roofing sheet or Steel manufacturing industry.( min 2 years experience ) Robust understanding of the machine manufacturing market and customer needs. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
