A. Description of the position/nature of the activity:
Manage the after-sales Service business of the allocated area and customers of the Gujrat Area.
Provide the highest level of customer service, develop long-lasting customer relationships, manage service calls,
and display a robust mind and attitude while working in the field.
Owning and achieving annual Revenue targets of the company in Parts & Services.
Ensuring the highest level of Customer satisfaction in Gujarat Area Customers
Warranty Claim & Service field issue reporting
Ability to prioritise the service calls & allocation
ITI (With Positive related experience)/DAE/DME/DEE/BE- Mech or Auto.
