We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to manage enterprise Automation Services across UiPath, KNIME, AI, and analytics platforms. The role involves end-to-end service ownership, ITSM operations, governance, compliance, vendor management, and continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Incident, Change, Problem, Release, and Service Request Management processes.
Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, service dashboards, and operational performance.
Drive platform governance, risk management, compliance, audits, and lifecycle management.
Manage ServiceNow, CMDB, service onboarding, support models (L1/L2/L3), and operational documentation.
Coordinate with vendors,



service providers, and stakeholders to ensure service quality.
Drive automation adoption, service improvements, and innovation across GenAI, Agentic AI, and cloud automation platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:
7 years of experience in Service Management, IT Operations, or Automation Services.
Knowledge of UiPath, KNIME, AI/Analytics platforms, and automation governance.
Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes, ServiceNow, SLAs, KPIs, and service governance.
Experience in vendor management, compliance, cybersecurity, and stakeholder management.
ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
