Job Summary:

As a Service Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of service contracts, AMC

(Annual Maintenance Contracts), spare parts, and aftermarket solutions for our HVAC, security, and

AV products. You will work closely with existing clients, identify recent business prospects, and ensure excellent customer service to maximize retention and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:





Develop and implement strategies to drive service sales, including AMCs, repair services, and spare parts.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base for service-related offerings.

Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitable business growth.

Collaborate with the technical service team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
