Production planning, production management and supervising the entire production process
Handling workers, supervisor and technicians
Ensuring production schedule as per management expectations while always adhering to quality norms
Ensuring optimum utilisation of resources while constantly striving for reduction of cost
Liaisoning with designing team and aligning the production process as per the different design




Overseeing developmental activities within the factory such as process improvement installation of current machines and recent technology
Taking care of entire machines utilize of production including lathe machine, powder coating machine, drilling grinding machine, welding machine, drive trels machine, gear boxes and sprockets
Management reporting
Managing team of 45 people
Reporting to Factory Head / Vice President Operation and Director
