Handling of statutory and internal audit with enabling details from stores and responding to their observations as well as ensuring subsequent follow-up and compliance.

Continuous monitoring of receivables at stores with monthly circulation of receivable MIS.

Overseeing accounting aspects of GV accounting, monthly tender reconciliations, fixed assets accounting, PICS process, Ledger scrutiny., etc.

Ensure Seamless payment in the stores through NEFT.

Review the entire Store Finance Structure, identify the weakness and qualitatively improve the strength.

Extend support to zonal / Unit heads with various commercial analysis and partnering operating teams on prevention of leakages and profit enhancement
