Brief Role : Handling internal audits, performing balance sheet control reviews and statutory audits
Develops, implements, and ensures compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
Preparation of Business Plan, Capital and Revenue Budgets
Maintaining Fixed Assets
Finalization of Accounts
Tax planning and compliance in accordance with corporate guidelines
Manages the bookkeeping function, using the SAP, including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
Develops and implements policies and procedures as required to ensure that financial information is secure.
Participates as a member of the Finance Committee.
