Minimum Requirements

To lead and manage end-to-end IT operations across all units, ensuring uninterrupted availability of IT infrastructure, networks, applications, user support, and SAP administration. The role drives system reliability, data security, vendor management, IT governance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Operations
Oversee system uptime, server management, networking, data centers, and application availability.
Implement IT policies, security standards, data backup procedures, and access control norms.
Ensure proactive maintenance, quick resolution of issues, and smooth functioning of all IT systems.

SAP Technical Support
Manage SAP user administration, access control, quality checks, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with SAP vendors for escalations and ensure adherence to SLAs.

Process & Governance




Define IT processes, configuration standards, and disaster recovery mechanisms.
Support IT budgeting, cost optimization, and compliance with internal policies.

Vendor Management
Identify, evaluate, and engage vendors for hardware, connectivity, and software requirements.
Monitor service delivery, installation, maintenance, and contract adherence.

User Support & Training
Ensure effective helpdesk operations for all users across units.
Drive user training on IT systems, applications, and current technologies.

Team Management
Lead IT teams across plants and corporate office, ensuring performance and capability development.
Provide guidance, feedback, and growth prospects to team members.

Minimum Requirements
