About the Role:

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead, working on both client projects and in-house products. You ll design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable Java-based solutions while mentoring a talented team and contributing to organizational growth.

What You ll Do:
Own full software development lifecycle: requirement analysis, architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions; participate in code/design reviews.
Mentor and guide team members to enhance technical skills and productivity.
Work in Agile/Scrum environments,



ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
Contribute to innovation, process improvement, and adoption of new technologies.
Support pre-sales, product demos, proposals, and business development initiatives.
Participate in organizational growth activities including employee engagement, training, and knowledge sharing.

What We re Looking For:
Strong experience in Java and related technologies with solid SDLC knowledge.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and software architecture design .
Solid problem-solving, analytical, and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Knowledge of industry standards like ISO, CMM, GDPR is a plus.
A valuable exposure to utilizing AI Tools to generate the code through AI would be a specific point of interest.
