We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager - POS for our client, a leading retail-tech platform powering store commerce and omnichannel retail journeys.

As the Senior Product Manager, your responsibilities would be:
Own product vision and roadmap for Cloud, Offline, Mobile, and Omnichannel POS within Ginesys One.
Enhance store journeys across billing, payments, promotions, loyalty, returns, and inventory.
Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture on APIs, integrations, data flows, sync, and backward compatibility.
Integrate AI-driven capabilities into checkout, associate assistance, and store workflows.
Drive adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Requirements
8–12 years of Product Management experience in POS, store commerce, or enterprise retail software.
Hands-on expertise in Cloud,



Offline, Mobile POS, and omnichannel retail.
Solid understanding of store operations, billing, promotions, inventory, taxation, and device integration.
Experience building scalable enterprise products with high availability, offline resilience, and integrations.
Technical proficiency in APIs, cloud architecture, sync models, and AI tools.
Robust customer discovery, ROI-driven prioritization, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
