In this role, you will work closely with the software development and product teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products deployable to consumers. Build and manage effective working relationships with line product managers and leaders to ensure a high level of engagement.

Engage, communicate, and collaborate with various stakeholders including Software core services,

DCX team, Hardware team and other teams within Tesseract to understand their requirements and objectives, to drive current device capabilities based on the long-term product vision consumer needs, and organizational priorities.

Articulate mocks and use cases that describe consumer experience in sufficient detail

Setup well-defined,



solid cross-functional teams with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality device delivery on a large-scale

Ability to balance between building visionary features vs core features today that will drive adoption and engagement of devices in the market

Hire and supervise staff.

Collaborate with key partners (Research, Engineering, Leadership, Operations, Legal, Facilities, etc.)

to support current and ongoing projects.

Inspire & lead the product engineering efforts.

Manage project meetings, schedules, milestones, and delivery.

Provide individual technical contributions in your area of expertise where needed.

Effectively influence leaders and key partners to gain alignment.
