We're looking for a Senior Technical Writer with 6+ years of experience in the medical, healthcare, biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry. If you're passionate about transforming complex information into clear, user-friendly documentation and enjoy working with creative technologies, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain user guides, manuals, online help, and knowledge base content.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop accurate, high-quality documentation.
Manage structured content using XML authoring tools and CCMS platforms.
Use AI-powered authoring tools to improve content quality and efficiency.
Develop templates, standards, and reusable content.




Support documentation for software, cloud-based, AI-enabled, and medical products.

Qualifications:
6+ years of technical writing experience in a regulated medical or life sciences setting.
Robust technical writing and content management skills.
Experience with Oxygen XML, Astoria CCMS, Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop.
Hands-on use of Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools.
Experience creating structured, AI-ready content.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Jira, and ServiceNow.
Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to Have
Experience with medical devices, healthcare software, or other regulated products.
Knowledge of Docs-as-Code, Git, Markdown, APIs, Cloud Services, and AI/ML technologies.
Familiarity with ISO 13485, IEC 62304, FDA, MDR/IVDR, GDPR, and HIPAA.
