Role Description The Senior Production Manager will oversee end-to-end event production and execution across India. Key responsibilities include:
Preparing detailed production element sheets based on 3D designs.
Building and managing a reliable vendor network across India.
Coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth event execution.
Keeping clients informed about production progress, timelines, and all execution-related details.
Anticipating on-ground challenges and resolving last-minute issues efficiently.
Ensuring every production element is delivered in line with the approved design and quality standards.
